Why I Love Living in the Tri-Valley

I’ve called Pleasanton home for more than 26 years, and over that time I’ve come to appreciate what makes the Tri-Valley such a special place to live.

People often think of the Bay Area as busy and crowded, but the Tri-Valley has a different feel. Our towns still have charm and a strong sense of community. Downtown Pleasanton feels like something out of a small town, Livermore blends wine country with

its ranching roots where cowboy hats still feel perfectly at home, and Dublin and San Ramon continue to grow while still feeling connected to the community around them.

One of the things I love most about living here is the balance

You’re close enough to San Francisco and Silicon Valley for work or a day in the city, yet everyday life here feels calmer and more connected.

Many people first discover the Tri-Valley when they begin exploring a move within the Bay Area or relocating from somewhere else in California, and they’re often surprised by the lifestyle they find here.

As both a long-time resident and a local real estate advisor, I created this site to share what makes the Tri-Valley such a great place to live. I’ll be sharing local insights, community highlights, neighborhood information, and what’s happening in the housing market across Pleasanton, Dublin, Livermore, and San Ramon.
